watch the frogs pop up out of nowhere Phil

Yeah Sandra said 'Listen to the frogs, they are everywhere', all I could hear was the ringing in my own ears after a 6 hr drive :8 . I didn't notice the rifle barrel but the fold down windscreen, I used to build them into the old cruisers.

Why would it upset the mods?
Nothing wrong with firearms, they are a part of life and legal. Sensible discussion and education should be encouraged to foster safety and awareness.

In fact, we have a thread on knives, sections on 4x4's, fishing and camping, so why not a section on firearms where we can discuss things like reloading, scopes, brands and safe practices etc. No pics of dead stuff.

The only thing that needed what we got this morning was Hinze Dam, checked the rain gauge this morning at 6.30  222mm from the storm this morning and still raining!

Agree on that one.
Used to like me shooting.

243 Sako,
222 Short Barrel Remington
303 25 modified with a cut down armorlite barrel,
12 G single barrel 3/4 choke, Chrome barrel ( Man that thing kicked both ends,)
22 Hornet,
22 Remington semi rotary.
Slug Gun.

Always could go out and get a feed any time.

Got rid of the whole lot as I was considered a criminal.

Not prompting for a discussion on such items people.
Just agreeing with Tuna.

I actually got to do a partial lap today and excellent to see some good water still laying about, also in the creeks and a bit of green starting to come out. Hardly a beast to be seen on any water point :Y:

Hey Steve that photo you took of the waterhole/creek is really stunning. I have trimmed it down, may I pinch it for my arty crafty purposes?

Just had the strongest deluge I reckon I've ever seen.
A sea of white. Massive rain and hail!
Much of Melbourne's Eastern suburbs are flooded.
For us: 14mm in 8mins, then another 16 in 20 mins.
More on the way - just hope the rest of Vic and NSW are getting some.
Nice hail stones:

Now to check the cars for damage :(

Thanks Rob, car's survived - they're jeeps
But hundreds of SES call-outs for flooding and other damage throughout the Melb Eastern suburbs, with more rain and storms about to hit.
Major flood warning for the Riverine has been issued.
Massive bushfires one day, then massive flooding.
Then MT gets a lawn?
Stranger things have happened?

Hey Steve,

Can I come up and take a photo of your creek please? Last time we drove thru there a bungara was walking across that spot.

Cheers

Doug
Anytime Doug!

Water still flowing across the Bandya road in places too! :Y:
