Would depend on local restrictions but my guess would be no as its fuelled by wood or briquettes and not fully enclosed.

I just bought another Box of Hand Warmers and a little backpack Stove, The hand warmers are great to put in ya Mitts or Chest pockets on Cold days outside or for adding to ya Sleeping bag on cold nights, although that has never been an issue,

I Tested that little stove and it is so fast, when it is packed away in it's little Orange Box it is so small and compact, When it come to boiling water ect it is the fastest thing I have ever seen, I am running it from the larger 440g gas cartridges so they should last about a week at a time, I put 2 very large mugs of water 620ml in a Jug straight out the Tap and it took 2 minutes 18 seconds to boil, 1.9L took 7 minutes 20 seconds, :Y: erfect:

Then whack it....pull it apart and the char cloth will be a lit ember... :Y:
For lighting fires Mackka.

I got one of them Rod doodads that you use a steel dohicky to make it spark, That and a bit of cottonwool and ya away, Starts first time every time,, :inlove:
