Theres a fox in the area that has been taking chickens during the day, or rather there was until just now.
It looks like the culprit judging by the bit of chicken still in its mouth. The neighbours have lost 30 chickens in just one mounth and a few lambs. It was a long shot I wouldnt normally take but by guessing the windage and elevation I got lucky.

Trying to cool down after 30C + temps today in our area I measured 35+ on 3 separate gauges-fluid and digital.

'tis very warm atm in Brisbane 28C inside 26C outside---Hard to relax with Nelson our Cocker Spaniel snoring beside the bed. Missus in Melb. thank god she snores the worst. I think she's trained him.!!!!!

On the couch having a quiet one celebrating the work year now its over. Had a ripper year smashing every measure we set out to achieve, got a nice hefty Xmas bonus last week, and then a lovely gift pack from the the bloke I work for and his family today.
Pink Gin for Mrs GT, some chocolates and a couple of gift cards. Hard to express just how good that feels working alongside such a great bloke everyday and then having that happen. Bloody blessed, looking forward to enjoying the time off.

Looking after my Wife.
2 weeks in Hospital and 1001 tests and no Diagnosis as yet. From a fit and active person to flat out having a shower... I think it may be some time yet..
I told her; She needs to lift her gaim ASAP as I am over cooking dinner and making lunches and doing teh washing.... But if that is not bad enough, I have to make my own coffee of a morning.
Suggested I could look at upgrading in the near future....
Needless to say, she did not improve AND was not able to chase and catch me; but she still has her Voice and that Liberian Look.
