Made the Viper tail today out of scrap wood. Took it all apart, refined the edges, sanded it all smooth, rounded all the corners. Reassembled, four coats of self priming paint then added the Battlestar designation and squadron colours.

Looking good mate..
It should just about be ready to fly :) :Y:

Thanks Smokey.

So many people to say thank you for all your encouragement. That pic with the tail on went viral across several platforms last night, so I've struggled to keep up with all the wonderful goodwill!

God bless every one of you mob!

Luv, Baz.

Viper Tail installed. I had to widen the slot on top of the top engine nacelle slightly to fit the tail wing in, but once done, (pretty simple) it went straight in.

I LUV IT!!

Would be great to mount on a trailer and use as a flight simulator with movement on the legs, so it feels like your actually flying it :D

^^^ I like it Muk!

The Viper breaks down in modular sections for packing into storage or a truck for transport. I am toying with the idea of modifying a long car trailer to permanently store it on.
