Nothing better to eat than ill gotten tucker, best duck I ever had was out of season, and now I keep looking at my old rabbit traps as prices rise :D
 
A few meals I cooked over the last week. Chicken n mushroom risotto, Spaghetti, Paella. Also got a few portions into the freezer. This is not ant response to the current situation. Just part of our normal routine. As a shift worker, I like to take good food to work. Some guys eat sangas every day. Yuk.

I'm with you there Ramjet. I also like stocking up on leftovers and freezing them for work.
 
I'd ask for the recipe Dr..... but someone bought all the flour and all the baking powder for working its magic with plain flour.... (bugga) :eek:
 
Bad day here.
Vegetarian all around. Just trying to use up all the excess veg garden stock.
Made a Briam to start with.
Then I made more passata. It's still reducing.
And I've just chargrilled the green caps. I'll peel the skin of, deseed and dress them with olive oil and garlic.

Now...where's those T Bones?
