I bought 1 of these today. It has mixed reviews so it's a bit of a gimbal, er, I mean gamble as to if it's any good. :lol: See what I did there? $115 and they say free delivery, but they sting you an extra 30 odd bucks minimum for delivering to a "remote area", from the site I got it from. I mean I live halfway between 2 capital cities linked by bitumen either way. Not like I live out in the never never. Anyway, I should have a bit of fun with it.

I'm taking the Multi Kruzer to the beach in January for a week.

Hoping to do OK because in the 25 years we have been going there I never seen anyone with a detector and the place tends to have a well heeled clientele.

My 1 man tent is starting to fall apart and the old swag is a bit constricting so I bought one of these -

I have just given it a good soaking to seal up the seams. Although I have a good camper van there are times when a tent or a swag seem to be the more appropriate thing to be using in the bush. You can get a heavy duty camp stretcher to put it on, but for now I will see how it goes on the ground.
