Like most ' I don't have any faith investing in cryptocurrencies , imagine holding wealth on your hard drive !
How in the hell will Govt's tax this stuff ?

There value is just the eye of the beholder , backed by nothing more then hope & greed mentality :8

Much better to buy some physical silver bullion at to-days low price .

Most cryptocurrency fans are nerdy computer geeks.
We can all look at how cheap bitcoins were in the not too distant past and say i wish i invested a little cash in them but i feel they are likely to crash in the near future.

I can see some benefit in the use of them as all global currencies are subject to price variation and if buying things online from overseas you can potentially divert some of your cash into them to shield from potential falls in the local currency.

As an investment? No yield, know one knows who created bitcoins? So in the event of them vanishing who do the authorities charge for theft of investors wealth?
