Picked these up, over the past few days, near Bendigo. Always amazes me how the 5k can ping such small pieces. Total of 2.4g plus the speci.
Still, any gold is good gold. Love this detecting game.

Yes it was. Tiny, tiny signal and I dug the bit of quartz. Tapped it and got this neat little specimen.
Crushed the rest for another .14g of fine bits. Love to have the rest of the reef that this came from
