Few hours late this arvo, at a park I have been hunting for nearly 3yrs, going over the same patches, and it keeps giving. Its a bad spot for getting attention, you get looks, questions, abuse, brat kids, good kids, drunks, and an asthetically challenged lady photographed me this arvo lol I will my sov here though, so its worth ignoring the ratbags, and searching for golden one

Few hours this arvo, spent half of it doing a jewellery recovery, but I gave up and hit an old spot of mine.

I almost got a gold bracelet!

Productive couple of hunts there Rocket, was the chain silver? Poor old coppers really aren't really compatible with Newcastle soils, interesting colours from the oxidation though.

no hallmarks on the chain, still a thrill to extract, be it short lived!

Few hours over ground, that just keeps giving after many many hunts, over nearly 3yrs. I love this type of hunting, its more satisfying in a way, more of a challenge.
