My job today, as a disability support worker, was to teach my client to detect. Thankyou RJ for letting him use your atpro, and giving him advice He found 5c, and lots of junk....but as good as many of our first hunts I reckon!

1181?? That's definitely pre-federation. Very nice button find Rocket, the example I was just looking at was from the 1870's, so might have a bit of age to it.

Pretty amazing to think that one of these guys might have lost that button - depicts NSW soldiers in 1885.

Two sites this morning with Rod. First site bugger all, so we moved onto a site that we did when I was a beginner. I hit a patch straight away. I wonder what costed a half penny, back in the day...more than a normal amount there. The pocket watch is silver.
