OK here's a little hint - it doesn't have that prefix (HMAS)...

Remember it's 'indirectly' an Australian history quiz.

This is a good one Megsy so we are a warship but the prefix is not HMAS. Got me thinking now and I hope I am not wasting a guess here. Did this have anything to do with the Vietnam war?
