    Difference In Licences

I'm pretty sure only a couple of months ago, the Vic permit was about $90.00. No odea why it dramatically dropped in price, but it did.

    Low budget PI detector

Your best bet would be a Whites SPP mate, but secondhand you'd be looking at between about $1000 -$1300.

    Sleeping Bag recommendations

I bought an Oztrail cotton canvas -12 degree rated sleeping bag from Rays Outdoors for $150.00 about 4 - 5 months ago. Absolutely awesome, warm, comfortable, heaps of room, has a full side zip and a separate end/bottom zip you can undo if your feet get hot.

Use a jigsaw to cut the bread crate mate. You'll be there all week if you try and use a Stanley knife or hacksaw. After marking the "L"shapes with a marker, it'll take you about half an hour to do.

NEW Gold Sucker invention (crevicing tool)

Fair call on just buying the valve assembly Beagleboy, but I'd much rather buy the entire kit and caboodle, ready to take it down the creek without having to do a thing.

    Whites NSW stockists?

Well the TDI will achieve better depths over the GMT and will handle mineralised ground a lot better. You'll have a much bigger range of coils to use with the TDI and I dare say it'll hold it's value better than a GMT as well. I just found when I got to know my GMT after a while, it was...

    Whites NSW stockists?

I've had a GMT, SPP and now have a TDI Pro Oz. I'm no expert and there are plenty of people on here who have spent more time on these machines than I have, but for me the TDI wins hands down. The GMT is a great machine for a VLF, but is limited in what it can do. The SPP being a PI machine...
