Mrs BJay, take all the time you need, shoulder surgery recoveries need time, the bride has had one done three times the other twice, first thru wear and tear, all the others as result of injuries thru falls.
Take it easy and I hope all goes well.

Soon enough Youse'll be back on top and into it, they recon youth is wasted on the young.... sucks getting older every day sometimes :D , but the knowledge is totally worth it ! :p

Looks like the list of wounded is growing I've been told no prospecting for weeks after the left hip has been diagnosed as having hip bursitis. Caused by bone spurs treatment injections over the next couple of months.
At least they can fix it.
:( :(

They can't Mackka you just have to live with it until it becomes so bad and they do an op similar to facetectomy, but in the hip joint not the back to remove the spurs to relieve the pressure. The injections just help with the swelling and pain. I've had 2 op's on the back both sides of the spine and 1 on the shoulder same problem.
Thanks Jaros hope your back is not causing you to much pain.

All the best for a speedy recovery deepblue

Starting to sound like a broken record  hopefully no one else has any injuries/aliments to report :argh:

Thanks mates' I think over 65's start the body degradation cycle and I'm seeing a spinal rehab specialist tomorrow re the pain between the unconnected vertebra L3/4 i think -probably affecting the brain waves- and hope that he can suggest some special excercises i can do without hurting too much. I have TV waiting for me to install as well as a new dishwasher to put into position in the kitchen ----everything :argh: :argh: goes at once doesn't it. I'm building up to the installation, unpackaging etc.

I had bone spurs in my knee joints years ago.... my doctor told me to go climb a big hill, so I did, wore the spurs off for free and never had a problem with them since.

Unsure how that works with hips at all. :Y:
