Just had a beer and some crackers, after a hard days yakka. The replacement shafts for the 5000 didn't make it here in time yesterday, so I'm going detecting next weekend instead. Took some broken concrete and junk from the garden to the tip, fitted a magnetic knife holder to the wall in the kitchen for Mrs Deepseeker, and then fixed the youngest daughter's bicycle. I think I've earned enough brownie points now to ensure a smooth departure to the GT next weekend O

Reading the special diet I have to start on Sunday for a colonoscopy on Wednesday. How things change over a few short years. So much to look forward to as we get older isn't there

Mine is on Friday. Also having a Gastroscopy, which I hope he does first!!

Specially if he's using the same tool for both.... hope his old job wasn't mechanic (quick wipe and a flick lol).
