I smoked a small rolled lamb shoulder on the Weber, snake method and some Hickory and Banksia for extra flavour:

Around 5 1/2 hours later it was ready for a little rest in the esky

The snake still had plenty left in it and so I shut the vents and saved the leftovers for another day.

There were no leftovers on the plate though
