Would you mind sharing the recipe for the creamy chive sauce? Looks very tasty :drooling:

The sauce is very easy to make and super tasty.

You cook the chicken in the pan first. Then remove the chicken and set aside to rest while cooking the sauce.
Add 300mls of cream to the pan, add 1 chicken stock cube and a small bunch of chives.
Let that simmer over a low/med flame until it thickens (around 5min)
At the end I will tip the resting juices from the chicken into the pan as well.

I do new home warranty and maintenance inspections for a large well known home builder and most of my work is truganina, tarneit, Wyndham vale , point Cook so its a safe bet that if I follow me nose I should be able to find ya place :lol: :lol: :playful:

Had a great night last night. Porked out to the max on pizzas.

Chillies are just starting to come in now. This was a small Trinidad Moruga Scorpion. Bloody hell that pizza is hot :fire: :fire:

Finished off the night with plain cheese and garlic. Breakfast has been great. :Y:

Where do you buy the Trinidad scorpions from HL I've got a mate who is a chilli freak and I've got a challenge for him. I obviously want the real McCoy so he doesn't substitute it with another :lol: this bloke is good at playing tricks :| so I said I'll buy and deliver :p
