Went out for a night hunt with Rockhound to our silver sports field.
Having got all the easy targets, it was time to slow down and really concentrate on the more iffy ones. There have been a few Youtubers talking about the NOX
not being able to "see" silver coins on edge in certain modes, so with that in mind, I dug some signals that I might not have before.
The '43 Thrip was such a signal, one way iron grunt, the other 22-23. Makes me wonder what may have been missed on some of our other hunts in trashier areas :|
Anyway, got my oldest silver, so the NOX is doing something right

After a soak in lemon juice and a bi-carb rub.

Yeah, I chose the older side of the field, whilst Rockhound was smashing the goldies. I'm very happy to miss out on the petrol money for the silvers
