Here is some of the bits n pieces... Still have a bag of stuff i havent sorted yet

A button ... Not too far from home

When this came out i was over the moon ... I thought it was a cricket buckle
Turns out its not ... But im still pretty happy to have found it (pitty its bent though)

Then the pennies...
2x 1866 , 1874 & 1888 ...and 1948 half penny

And another 2 tokens

Sorry for the crappy pics , i will try to get better ones when i can clean them up enough to identify them properly

I think they are nail like rivets for securing slate type roofing shingles
But that is just my guess
This site is absolutely littered with them
Very frustrsting

Both are soaking in olive oil ,but will never look as good as these

Surely is a great spot despite the copper rivets.

Defintely a great site to explore, and worth rifling though all those rivets for the older shilling, pennies, tokens and buckle. Hopefully the shilling will clean up well, will be keen to see an "after" pic of that one. Top hunt Sandta.
