My mate's property is directly across the river from your 'X', he has about 40-50 acres. I've only been to his property twice, didn't find anything on his land, but only had a scratch.

Is his the property on the flats next to the Badja or the one up on the hill. If it's the one on the hill then he must have bought it from my best mate... Small world.

There's alot of diggings just across the creek from the x but it's all private property.

I myself have been studying that area very hard.
Looking for a spot that is not too far from Bega.
Might have to head a bit further South.
