Went out last night for a swing at the local park where the used to be an old house from the 1920's- 1930's demolished then and found this silver faith hope and love charm. very small and very detailed. It was dark grey and dirty but after 2 hours in the tumbler with clr it came up like new

The rounded end on the axe is unusual, has it been forged that way or is that from being hit by a hammer a lot ?

I wonder if that is a corking tool, for pushing tarred flax in between boat hull boards for waterproofing ????

Cheers, yep forged that way and almost sharp. We think it might of been used for shoe making or leather work
