Hi Guys.

I have worn out the skid plate on my Zed.
Should i buy a couple from the states as they are thicker or are they duds.

Thanks in advance

Yep. Got two new ones. Talking to others they don't use the harness and don't extend the shafts too much.
Maybe you could try that so your neck feels better.

Now just have to get out :D

Vacuum forming sheets of ABS would be cheaper faster.

I've not seen the skid plate on the 7000 but I've made a few moulds and done a bit of vacuum forming. If you intend to do it I'd be trying HDPE (high-density polyethylene) rather than ABS. It's the stuff cutting boards are made of and the best thing we've found to withstand stone damage on the rally cars. It's very slippery, abrasive resistant and almost unbreakable.
