Has anyone done any panning around the Dundurrabin and Tyringham NSW ? Partically Blinks creek ?

Do you mean Blicks River?
If so, a lot of it passes through private property so may need access permission.
Some does border Hyland State Forest (Fossicking permit required for NSW State Forests) but then runs through a large "No Fossicking Permitted" area which includes the river.
There are also other areas of state forest with no fossicking permitted in the area as well as National Park Nature reserves which are off limits to fossicking so it's an area that you would need to be aware of where you are & the status of the land.

I think there is a hipcamp ( think that is the name of it) camping in the area. Thought might stay there passing through and , again i think its on a creek as well.
