Dry Blowing in Victoria's Golden Triangle

I am just wanting to find out if you can use a dry blower on crown land in Victoria's golden triangle if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have been watching a cpl of You Tube videos of Wal N Liz tube blowing, and it is amzing what they have found, with the naked eye. But ofcourse, they have been at this game a long time and know what indicators to look for. None the less, I will be adding a length of plastic tube to my kit. Oh, and a beaten out table spoon.
