Have you tried earbuds 7.62?

I was reticent at first, and put up with the earphones, but the pressure when i hit large surface targets just got too much for me,..

Due to the smaller cones in buds, they don't move as much air, and with muffs over them, you can crank up the volume and not miss those faint threshold breaks...and not get BLASTED!!!! when you hit surface targets.

The 'sound' of the surface target is louder, but way less 'pressure' which is what causes my discomfort....ymmv.

Was lucky enough to find a little patch so I've been hitting it with every detector and coil combo I can and they've all produced.

Initial runs with 5000 with 15 Evo, 12 Evo and 11" Detech

The worst part about patches is they eventually run out but very fun while the gold is coming out.
