Hi all I have found a creek that is littered with petrified wood and palms it also has heaps of quartz in the creek as well. So I was trying to find any info on other minerals usually found in the same area but couldn't find much. Anyone have any ideas or experience in areas like this Thanks mick

main one is fishing any kind deep sea to rainbow trout Spear fishing and diving, motorbike riding bush mainly when i get my parts to fix it anyway photography and dabble in house designing on the computer

don;t forget there are diamonds around bingara aswell i hope to go over there after summer when it starts to cool down again.

this is my first gold. took a few trips only getting a few specks around the coffs harbour area.just need a better and more efficient way to get it rather than pan and sieve. the gold in this area is in the clay layer above bedrock so takes a while to brake the clay to get to the yellow stuff.

forgot to mention the bridge is west of jerrys plans on the golden hwy a couple of km

not sure about any gold around there but when i was young dad and i use to find agate on the hunter river bank at jerrys planes. we use to walk east of the bridge. this could be something different to do between hunting the yellow stuff. mick
