Over the long weekend at the PA camp in Amhurst,I cooked my homemade Venision kranskys on the camp fire sorry no pics they went to fast ,also bacon and eggs every morning on the fire makes you feel alive .

I always found the best part was on top---unless there was REAL whipped cream inside. I just adore my wifes banana bread with walnuts inside-might just go and get a bit.

Made some roasted capsicums tonight.
Vegematarian food.

Peeled the skins and mad a vinegar, garlic and chilli dressing.

Hey goody, sorry I just saw your question.
They were stuffed with some cream cheese dip, softened onion, shallots and some bbq rub.
Will be doing them again soon as they were very tasty

Fried up a few flathead fillets in a basic beer batter and cooked up a few chips in the oven.
Simple and sensational feed.
Cant beat fresh caught flattie fillets!

Yumm!!
