Haha Silver..i got one today ...another penny...and a six pence...cleaning them now....Does this meen im now in the Silver club... :D Also more than welcome to salt some ground for me as well...i wont mind at all :D

Wow, have just spent close to an hour reading through this thread.................!! Looking forward to reading some more tomorrow. I just love it Silver, you are a treasure hunting extraordinaire and a lovely bloke to boot. (It is really awesome to see the kindness and comradery on this forum, just fantastic actually.)

I'll pull em out n well have a look n see when I get the chance AR, then I'll pop em back in for the long haul. (I'll only use tap water to clean em during the looksee, n I'll make sure I do a before n after, n pull a bit of sludge for a photo too ,.... m sitting in the shade on driver duty thinking, mmmm the detector is in the boot, but, me leg is sore and I know not when the bell will toll ! :eek: :lol:

Glad your enjoying it all, it's a nice part of life to be there on the ground and then be able to share it all, becomes a part of life in an entirely unexpected way over time, bit like a book or an open diary in a way, has its little secrets tucked away here n there through it to be found or stumbled across.

Different trees, different shade, different time, still waiting to drive, so I did the deed and got the detector out, had about 7-10 minutes on the ground before I got the call to be there ,...... but, got one coin in that time, thinking it could be a 6d, but not sure yet.

Looks good in those photos B5 ,. Mine would be worth .0.15 ,.... That's near 30c aussie. :lol: so I'm up by .30c today :p
