Youngest daughter moved to Sydney a few weeks ago, but came to visit for the weekend and requested lamb shanks for Sunday lunch.

First pic is the shanks just out of the oven, and second pic is a shank dished up with the sauce and garnished with parsley, lemon, parmesan and garlic oil. That gives it a real zesty flavor. Just had some green beans and hot bread on the side.
