I second Mr Jets comment on the tasty food
Had smoking withdrawals from not cooking anything last weekend, so I thought I would make up for it with an overnight chuck cook
Coffee, S & P and some garlic, onion and chili were the main culprits in the rub with mayonnaise helping it stick:

ah well the wife is half greek half russian lol today she was in a great mood so i made her the old fav souvlaki lmao..
marinade lamb strips olive oil and oregano heaps off lemon juice garlic and salt plenty and pepper.
greek yoghurt with chopped spanish onion heaps of diced cucumber and garlic and flesh from said lemons.
fry pita bread in olive oil
hot fry that lamb chuck it all together in the pita with some tomatoes and you got yourself some serious brownie points happening haha... keeping the missus happy as i want the zed :Y:

Potatoes Mashed with a little Milk Butter and 3 Eggs, lots of pepper...A little sprinkled Cheese
Ingredients..... Mince, Steak, Carrots, Peas, Pumpkin, Cauliflower, Onions, Garlic, Basil....Salt and Pepper...
The result is YUM YUM YUM YUM!!! :Y: :Y: :Y:

Just the usual meat with meat.
Lamb cutlets - sheer luxury these days. We used to get 'em for breakfast in my grandmother's pub in the '60's.
I will exchange lamb chops for access to coarse gold areas :lol:
