boiled fruit cake and a vanilla custard slice .why is a bloke making these you ask . 1 cos i can .2 cos i make money from it .3 i like getting compliments and seeing the amazed look on peoples faces when they ask my wife did she make it and she tells them no my husband makes them.oh yeah that and the fact that my Mrs. cant make cakes , just ask her and she will tell you .

i follow a recipe first time with a new one then after that i alter it to my specs almost always change it from the original .
