My shallots needed garlic bread

needed pie to go with that (chicken)

everyone ripped into the garlic bread early lol

meagre.... but that was one nice chicken pie

Jaros this is just garlic, onion, chicken pieces(browned), then powdered chicken soup and cream.... best chicken pie in the southern hemisphere... if not the entire world :lol:

A couple of recent efforts...

Home alone for dinner on Wednesday - Reverse sear rib eye with red wine, glac de viande and morel sauce.

Then tonight grilled spatchcock on peas and spinach with roast sweet potato, beetroot and carrot - simple jus sauce.
