Got the little pendants out of the same hole

and got this little bit of silver

Interesting little pendant, a crucifix, an anchor and is that cogs at the bottom? Or a flower?

From google, what does cross heart anchor mean?

It was chosen by the current archbishop himself and it states "By Mary in faith, hope and love." This is exactly what the three symbols represent,the three Theological virtues: Faith, Hope and Love/Charity. Cross is a symbol of faith, anchor is the symbol of hope and the heart is there for love/charity.
