Had a busy day with Rockhound,we must have hit 6 sites today, only a few produced anything worthwhile.
Our major hope for the day, an old cricket field, turned out to have been detected before us, and they didn't even leave us some scraps 8.(
Spot 3, an old cricket field I thought was pretty flogged out, still had some secrets to reveal.

Some good quality finds there KTM, the badge is a great catch and the britannias are also in great nick. Looked like a fun outing. :Y:
 
Rockhound and I got out for a way to early hunt today, high hopes for cricket field number 1 were quickly dashed, 1 x half penny being the only find.
Luckily for us plan B was quite successful :D

8) That 1918m thrippy looks pretty good (could be a soft strike too)... that and the 42 sixpence ktm, might need a crisp closeup of those two as silver porn I recon :p

Massive cleanup on some great coins ktmman, nice site shots too. Congrats on your KG3 coin, it will either be 1806 or 1807, none were minted from 1800-1805 or 1808-1820. :)
