Thought I would put up a list of some of the space related Youtube channels that I watch to keep up to date on developments, watch live launches etc. If you have any other channels of interest, please post them.

Cheers.

#1 is The Everyday Astronaut. One of the first I started watching. He doesn't do the weekly updates anymore but more in depth videos on all things rocket related. He also does a lot f live launches. Either at the launch site or from his studio. He starts streaming half hour or more before the launch and answers a lot of questions from his viewers.

#2 Scott Manley. Scott is very knowledgeable and puts out regular videos. He also is quick to put out videos on any anomalies etc, with great info. He is an Astrophysicist I believe.

https://www.youtube.com/user/szyzyg

#3 What About it. Felix puts out updates once or twice a week. Great info on Starship updates and also doing live launch stream.

https://www.youtube.com/user/ZSSolomon

#4 SpaceXcentric. Kevin used to annoy me but he does put out good updates and gets some good insider info. Also does live launch streams.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCh4B5ZDaLCrjaWBXPRaRT6g

#5 LaPadre. Live cameras watching over the Boca Chica Spaceship Yard 24 hours a day. Not sure how this will go when all the residents have left the town. I did read that he found a small piece of private land to set cameras up.

https://www.youtube.com/user/LabPadre

#6 SciNews. These guys are usually the first to get launches online and show the Russian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese etc launches.

https://www.youtube.com/user/SciNewsRo

#7 Arca Space. These guys are Romanian I think and building rockets. Still in the development stage at this point. They are going to be using some Aerospike engines which are something different. Everyday Astronaut has a great video explaining how they work. They are also developing a steam powered first stage. YES, STEAM powered. Check their videos.

https://www.youtube.com/user/ARCAchannel

#8 Copenhagen Suborbitals. This is a small company run by volunteers and crowd funding. They are trying to put a man into space.

https://www.youtube.com/user/CphSuborbitals

Oh.... almost forgot our cousins across the ditch.

#9 Rocketlab. Live launches of their small rocket. They are now working on recovering the 1st stage. Something the said they would never do.

https://www.youtube.com/user/RocketLabNZ

Better add NASA TV as well. Live views from the ISS, Docking, Berthing etc of spacecraft going to n from the ISS.

https://www.youtube.com/user/NASAtelevision

EDIT. Marcus House. The only Aussie as far as I know making these type of videos.

As much as the guy was obviously some type of

I still feel for him and his family. He probably realized he'd lost his parachutes before the end, and that would have been terrifying for both him and the people who were watching his attempt.

I wonder if he really did believe that the world was flat, or if it was just something used to gain more publicity? There probably were other nutters out there too, who believed that he was about to uncover a great conspiracy and prove that the world was indeed flat. The chutes opening just after take off would have slowed him down some too, so there was never any hope of trying to make it to the moon to safely crash land on the soft green cheese..........

Spacex Starship SN1 popped. Looks like a failure. They are having issues getting the welding temp correct. I don't think this was a "test to failure" like the mk1 had. Elon stated they were going to pressure test than fit a Raptor engine for static fire test.

OH well. Lessons learnt and theyll6 move on SN2 is already under construction.

We don't see much from Blue Origin. Usually we see a finished product that just does what it is designed to do time after time. Many people put S#!T on them as we don't see all the tests and failures as we do with SpaceX. Shrug. That is their decision.

Blue Origin is owned by Jeff Bezos. The founder of Amazon and the current, richest man alive. It is believed the Elon Musk will be the new richest man on the planet sometime in April. He chose not to take a wage from the Tesla Electric car company but to take a dividend if they reached certain goals in a defined timeline. Tesla has met and surpassed these goals.

Back to Bezos. He has been injecting 1 billion dollars of his own money from Amazon every year into BO. I believe they will achieve the goals they set for themselves.

A short but sweet video of the development of the New Glenn heavy launch rocket. Coming online in the next year or so.
