Well looks like my brother wont be buying the property at Mudgie after all. Something about subdivision problems so........

He is hopefully exchanging contracts next week for a 220 acre property at Bigga road, Crooked Corner. Woohoo.

Right in the middle of Tuena and Grabben Gullen. Gotta love that!

I think I will be seeing more of my brother now.

I wonder...rural land is cheap. For 100k-200k you could pick up 20-50+ acres.

I'd be interested to know if you could find 10 people to buy some land and each get's 10%?

They then can prospect their own bit or the total find is shared. I don't think it would work but maybe.
