While I didn't find gold yesterday, I did find 1/2 of this bullet mold. Just did a little research and it's from a circa 1849 31 pocket Colt. Same type Ned Kelly used.

That's bloody awesome mate I would be stoked if that turned up under my coil 
It really does look like a mould.
I am annoyed at myself for not realising what it was straight away. I would have spent a bit of time looking for the other 1/2. I thought it was just an old brass handle until I cleaned it up a bit later on.

Unfortunately its private property and I was with a group who had permission for the day. Not sure I can get back there.
