I've been thinking about doing something similar, figured the best way would be to fold one long riffle, then cut it up and weld together. That or try and make a die form or hammer form and do them one at a time.

Hi Casper, Heres a more recent pic, I don't use that plate, it was no good, needed access to the grate below it.
