Some of todays finds.
The two coins were, and still are stuck together,
They must have been in a can as all coins today were near each other
and for 2 coins to be stuck together, strange unless they were in a can at the start
and all are deep targets, there is also an old riding spur, nice as I will clean this
looking for a connection to a previous spur find that I had made in another area.
The braces clip is also interesting, looks like it is from the 1940s but I do not
know as yet.

Double Shillings Cheese  ,.... soo much like a Florin(sort of),...good looking hunt dated all round the same time too.

1868 with die number above the date.
and what a nice coin the victoria 1900 shilling
I put them in some water did the trick
It must have been on the bottom and the other coin was the up side
and as they were stuck together well it done the 1900 shilling some favour.

32 years extra in circulation for the 1868 woulda done it little good as well Cheese. ;)

The 1886 threepence looks to be in great condition, will have to hold onto that one for the oldest coin section - if we ever get there. :)

I had a chat with an oldie in town here and I am sure he has the answer
as to what I am finding at Where I am detecting.
It was a sort of town dump 1880s and was also used by the local tribe
as say tin for shelter and as the custom for the local tribe well the items
are more likely stolen from the settlers houses and thrown away there.lol
because one thing I see is a plough does not drag coins far.

The coin finds are a distance apart probably near the tin shelters
also all objects found are trinkets of watches and some sheep bones as I found
some of there fire places also.
