Long Time Lurker, New Poster...

Hi All. Been following the forum for a while and now I have a new detector I thought I had better introduce myself.

My name is Pat and, while I have been detecting for a while, I have bitten the bullet and gotten a Zed. Now I have to justify it by getting out more!
I own an electronics repair shop in Geelong which takes up a lot of my time but I intend on getting out at least every Saturday afternoon (Sundays when family time allows).

Hope to be able to share some future finds on here and even catch up with some of you out in the field.

Hi Pat, welcome aboard. You should be prepared to dig some deep holes with the Z from what I'm hearing. Good luck with finding the yellow. Looking forward to seeing some pics of your finds.

Hey Chewy - yes I have already dug 2ft for small pieces of lead - deeper for a piece of rusted iron. I need a bigger pick.

I've seen one in action, and I wish I could afford my own! I think you won't be disappointed.
