yes it went up not long after you left last year, we know because we were back there and a bit shocked, but hey what ya gonna do if you want power and stuff ay $30 a night is a bit steep for there and it's not like BHP need the money ay
They do need the money because the bottom has fallen out of the nickel market and I believe the government will help them out somehow.

yes it's only down 43% from a year ago, they must be doing it tuff, the world must not need much Nickel anymore for all the EV'sThey do need the money because the bottom has fallen out of the nickel market and I believe the government will help them out somehow.
Thanks Dave, Oh well like everything else has gone through the roof , they must think all the prospectors that stay there are rich in nuggets, might be a case of having $5 shower and wash clothes and camp out. Maybe there are moving towards $20 camp no power site and $30 for power. MIGHT HAVE TO JUST BUY A FLASH VAN LIKE YOURS
Laundry machines are the single most attractive feature of some caravan parks.
I stayed at one bush caravan park in Qld, run by the shire, where the memory you come away with is it has the old latrines from Sydney Show Grounds (auctioned for Fox Studio). It was so long, maybe 10m or more, all in stainless, as you would expect. Actually a nicely appointed park.
