Hey im from south coast NSW, been prospecting six months now, been to Oallen a few times and am using a gold monster 1000

Finding lots of bottletops and rubbish but still hopeful. Any help appreciated

Welcome mate. Does that mean that you want help finding more bottle tops?

Thank you for the welcome. Haha anolphart im doing just fine at that by myself but if you can offer any help not finding them it would be appreciated

Well, any detector will find bottle tops. Once you start digging up small lead bullets then you're getting close to the mark, and if you're in gold bearing country you're in with a chance. This is basically your apprenticeship, and we all go through it before we start to find gold. It can be frustrating, but perseverance eventually pays off. Learn to enjoy the learning!

I am enjoying it just a bit impatient sometimes lol and yes frustrated when every time it beeps its another bottle top but you are right you have to start somewhere
