Bedrock

Just wondering if this would be good bedrock to look into.

It's located in an old river bed in between two hills on the ride of a mountain.

Test pan some of the gravels in those crevices and see if you get any colour.Is it in a known gold area?

Looks like you have some natural riffles. Worth exploring with test pans as Eldorado suggests.

That's interesting, how did you determine it's an old river bed?

old river bed, gold bearing area, natural rock bars and crevices....no one would walk away from that without a quick squiz!

Nothing so far. Really hard to get in between the rocks.

Well it's in an old river which is now only a small stream that only flows around 1-2 times a year.

Two or three really nice quartz viens that run through these rocks as well. Seems like a nice spot!
