What we're being short changed with trick photography 8.( :lol: Truthfully my eyesight is deteriorating at a rate faster than camera technology I wouldn't know the difference either way :lol: :argh:

What ever the camera is in all of your pictures I reckon your photos are enhancing the thread to the point you've got a few of us excited :clap: erfect: I doubt many would be able to achieve what you have with the tools you are using and the ground your on let alone the time you've achieved the depth your at now :clap: Like others have said I'm really enjoying your adventures erfect: best of luck :beer:

40mp camera through the loop reduced to a 37kb crop photo on tumbled low grade blue crystal..

Didn't have enough square tube ladders for both mines so got 4 X 10 ft round tube type for mine.
Modified the entry/exit..

New anchor bars on the bottom of each section to pin to the wall..

He drove for 1 more day after no more trace in the kaolin. He is about to start digging on a deeper level.
He changes his a mind a lot, thats where we clash.

Shaft digging in detail..
Dig out drill hole so ground has somewhere to expand..

Hammer trench to one side of shaft..

Shovel out and do the other side..

Shovel out, dust all new exposed surfaces and inspect thoroughly..

Hammer out a new section..

Shovel out, dust, inspect, repeat..

And just keep on HOPING!!

Wowsers! That is a mighty fine hole mate, I hope it is a goodun.
Even if it is a duffer it will always be a pretty hole . If someone tells you to fill it in then it is like my grandfather used to say; "Once a holes a hole it stays a hole"

Mate that is great but I would be ditching the plastic handle and replacing with a bit of #10 fencing wire, glad you are up top and not below.

This 6mm wide grey line has appeared at exactly 25 ft at the very bottom of this dig so far..

I haven't seen ground like this before..

This could be what no-one will tell you..
