If you are not already maybe consider taking Suisse 1000mg Krill capsules,I think it works out at 50c per capsules from the Chemist Warehouse and works for me arty:

Don't forget to consult your Doctor first though

It should be illegal to produce circular bands with a hole in the middle unless made from Gold or Silver :/ :lol:
The leafy ring is a Hippy junker K I thought it was stamped with ADVOCADO copper silver plate :N:
But the other unstamped one Hmmmm.....Sounds like silver when dropped....smells like silver.....
Might have to melt it into a bead to see if it melts like silver :lol: :Y:

Look closer at the right one....even though it's not hallmarked the join at the split is jeweler quality join...not a special ring but silver none the less arty:
