I hunted 2 different spots after todays interview
The first spot produced ,part there of ,3 different toy guns :D a '52 penny and a bent '43 half penny
My heart started thumping when i thought id found a cartwheel penny. Unfortunately it turned out to be chunky medalion, i dont think its very old and probably a keyring or similar
The second location gave up $9.55 an old buckle , a button and a tyre valve cap
Until it started pouring rain

A bit more modern Cisco,... confusing me for a mo there with that extra Butt,..... it ain't gunna turn into a sten-gun, no matta what you do Cisco,..... but it is art, I'll give you that(ha) :D .

I started the day hunting for fossils again .
I didnt get any really good ones but will put pictures up in the fossil section tomorrow once i get them cleaned up.
I finished off the arvo swinging the sovereign for $16 , '44 threepence , 1883 sixpence and a silver ring :D

Unfortunately i nicked the sixpence but am stoked to have finally managed to pull pre decimals from this spot

I think the ring could have a bit of age to it ... It appears to be completely hollow

Was it(the ring) in the same hole as the 1883 6d ? ,.....it's all looking really good to me. :p :p :p :p
Can't half tell I'm stir crazy silver deprived.

Went to a new spot yesterday arvo for a few hours
Its been raining on and off for a few days which has really helped with ground condition.
Typically the bottle tops etc were the majority of finds but a set of silvers and my first farthing were quite a reward :p

6 pennys '40,'47,'51,'52 and a crusty 1922 and 1895(the date is the only recognisable feature on this coin)
7 half pennys '42,3x'43,'45,'48,'51
Too many BB's  a silver star charm and what i believe to be a musket ball ( its not smooth ... Its quite rough all over, with a flat spot i guess from impact)
