Ahh. when you hit a good spot there ain't nothing like that feeling. only an hour for these treasures on an area I have been sniffing around for a few years now.

1905 half penny, 1920 penny, 1900 six pence, 1952 shilling and an Australian commonwealth military uniform button.

Thanks for that info silver, the button sure had me confused when it first came out because it has been flattened, I knew it wasn't a coin from the loop on the back but thought it was going to be an old bottle cap so a nice surprise there. This spot will have to wait till the end of the year now as I am on the move again so we will see what turns up then, maybe crack the 1800's then.
