Great going Scrounger, getting close to paying it off. Wish I lived closer to the goldfields, I'd be out there nearly every day.

Do you detect up at Alice itself madbarbi, or travel to somewhere (where) to detect? good luck

Arltunga is the closest place for gold. only managed to get out there once so far, just waiting for it to cool off abit and then ill be out as much as i can. From what i have been able to research there isnt any gold locally ( in or close to town), but there is always a chance, so i just head out exploring and having a look ( have a mate who is a mad keen relic hunter) so im just tagging along learning the sdc ( total green skin to this hobby)

A lot of gold a few hours either side of you madbarbi, also (secret, lol) a D9 has removed 18 inches off the top of an awful lot of Warrego, and is open to public prospecting.
