Went out at the weekend and within 2 hours got this one !
By far my best one so far at 36g.
Looks like it may not be far from the source so i got my work cut out for a while .....
Well, after finding another little 1.2g nugget at the weekend it pushed my total to just over one ounce !
Been detecting for almost exactly a year now so well happy :D
Back at the patch at the weekend and this little fella turned up...
0.4g and flat on all four sides and the top....
Not seen one this kind of shape before ! would be interested to know how it was formed... :)
Well, back to the patch again on Sunday and had a couple of nice finds :)
The larger one is 2.6 grams and the tiddler is 0.25.
The sixpence is 1958 vintage :)
Great weather on Sunday so headed back to the "patch" with my mate...
Turned up a nice little 7 grammer :)
