So a siphon to thr banker with a venturi head on the intake to increase flow would be all good? And a float to keep it off the bottom so it isnt dredging?
Sorry if this had been addressed already.
Surely a venturi cant be considered mechanical
Cheers all.
Hey all.
Been busy at work but im keen for a dig and seeing this rain is disappearing im gunna head tomorrow
What's the go at grabben gullen lately? Really wanna get up there
Otherwise im gunna hit porters retreat or maybe chase some yellow at oallen ford.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance
Ian
Anyone going? Im heading north tomorrow. Wondering if any members are up there or planning a dig. I'll be camping n digging til 19th. I'll probably be based at inverell but im geared up to camp anywhere
You turn onto the road up to the lookout. Its a few hundred metres and the diggings are on the right. Theres a spot to park and you head downhill . Tourist info will give you a map and great advice.
Good luck
Sluicy are good guys and very helpful.. ive only got a little sluice box but im going to buy a banker of them. Great deal you got there mate. Good luck.
Ps as for gold getting caught in the carpet. It does a bit. Ill do a quick clean out a few times during a day then do a major one at the end of...
I like red bellies... rather have a few of those guys around eating brown snakes, tigers or taipans. They're pretty harmless really. Very timid , fairly slow and avoid confrontation. No confirmed deaths. Beautiful markings. I dont like when they swim over to your kayak and try climb in though...
I vote for less whining more digging..
Seriously though i don't really mind the trolls i just ignore negativity .
Hahaha if you think this is bad DO NOT join almost all the fishing groups on facebook...thats trolling
Thanks all for all your help advice and encouragement ...
Look forward to...
Low water levels equal access to generally un reachable places.. chase some deep bedrock while u can. Good luck man i hate hauling water but its easier than hauling dirt
