So a siphon to thr banker with a venturi head on the intake to increase flow would be all good? And a float to keep it off the bottom so it isnt dredging? Sorry if this had been addressed already. Surely a venturi cant be considered mechanical Cheers all.

You turn onto the road up to the lookout. Its a few hundred metres and the diggings are on the right. Theres a spot to park and you head downhill . Tourist info will give you a map and great advice. Good luck

I like red bellies... rather have a few of those guys around eating brown snakes,tigers or taipans. They're pretty harmless really. Very timid , fairly slow and avoid confrontation. No confirmed deaths. Beautiful markings. I dont like when they swim over to your kayak and try climb in though...
