Bloody Hell!...why are'nt you people saying all this on the poetry section... :playful:

I love the planning and preparation for an upcoming trip, to the diggins
I love the journey and the arrival at our prearranged destinations
I love the greeting and meeting, the campfire at night and making music for you all
I love firing up the 705 shod with the 15inch coil on flat open ground
I don't love hills or thick scrub
I love crawling into sweet smelling sheets beside the Mrs when I get back home

I used to love stirring up the rednecks, conspiracy theorists, phony prospectors, God botherers, racists, and other assorted lowlifes on Halfarse's cess pit forum, however it has hit the wall and has been shut down.
What will I do for a laugh now? Maybe some of the nutters will move over here, (besides the ones that already have) although the fact that they would have to register might put them off, as they prefer to be anonymous. They might go to Finders, as many posted on that forum too. Pretty quiet over there since old Inhere passed on.

Bit rich i reckon from a bloke whos main agenda has been detector marketing on every forum known to mankind, maybe just maybe reg people might have seen through ya shallow actions.......

I love the freedom from authoritarian till the brakes go on.
Doesn't matter where you sit everyone halts

I love you both too....not in a I want to have a threesome type way but in a highly valued friends who have absolutely no idea how much they have enriched my life type of way.

BUSSSHH get the hose again mate

I'm not religious (unless religiously starting my day with a good coffee counts), but I do love the saying "Don't cast your pearls among swine"....i.e.To cast pearls before swine means to offer something very valuable to someone who is unable to appreciate that value. Most often, the phrase is rendered as the admonition dont cast your pearls before swine, meaning dont offer what you hold dear to someone who wont appreciate it.

Thankyou soooo much to all who have shared their "Pearls" on this thread so far...and a special thanks to those who have chosen to hijack it for allowing us "Pearl Casters" the further opportunity to recognise how bloody blessed we are....I love happy endings :) :) :)
